Margaret Herridge, MD, presented her lecture “Outcomes After Critical Illness” as our 26th Annual Ake & Inger Grenvik Lectureship speaker on Sept. 27. Margaret is a professor in the Department of Medicine, a Senior Scientist in the Toronto General Hospital Research Institute and Research Director for the University of Toronto Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine.
Ake Grenvik, MD, was the founding chief of the Division of Critical Care Medicine and after stepping down from that post in 1996 remained a leading faculty member and mentor until he retired in 2011.
