John Moon presented a special Grand Rounds lecture on September 6, 2023, on “The Legacy of Freedom House Ambulance Service: Lessons in Determination-Perseverance-Resiliency.” John was an original member of the Freedom House Ambulance Service and was the first person in the country to perform a tracheal intubation in the field. He is traveling the country keeping the Freedom House story and legacy alive. It was quite the honor to have John speak before the department.
