CCM is pleased to announce the publication of the Second Edition of the Handbook of Pediatric Cardiovascular Drugs, co-edited by Dr. Ricardo Muñoz.
The First Edition of the Handbook was published in 2008 and remains, six years later, “the only book of its nature to provide health care practitioners with a tool to safely and consistently prescribe and administer cardiovascular drugs in children with cardiac disease,” as the editors note.
The Second Edition of the Handbook, published by Springer in July 2014, was updated with the help of several esteemed authors, and co-edited by Dr. Muñoz, Eduardo M. da Cruz (Children’s Hospital of Colorado and University of Colorado School of Medicine), Carol G. Vetterly (Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy), David S. Cooper (Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine), and Donald Berry (Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh).
