Christopher Seymour and Sachin Yende both presented at the 7th Weimar Sepsis Congress of the German Sepsis Society (DSG), which was held from September 9 to 11, 2015. The Congress, which was titled “Precision Medicine for Sepsis,” featured lectures and discussions from world leaders about how to improve treatment in ways that ensure compliance to the guidelines and also personalization for the patient.
Yende gave a talk, titled "Precision Medicine for Sepsis – Roadmap," at the Congress’s plenary session. He also co-chaired a session, “Precision Medicine: Generation 1920-1930.”
Seymour spoke about the recent review in JAMA that he co-authored, “Septic Shock: Advances in Diagnosis and Treatment.”
