Jessica is a health services researcher for the CRISMA Research Center’s Health Policy and Management Program in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. She currently works with Dr. Jeremy Kahn on his qualitative research agenda. Prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh, Jessica spent five years working on multiple qualitative and quantitative projects from the development of protocols through analysis and publication. Her research included studies in the areas of gender, social problems, and culture. Jessica received her Master of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton. Her Master’s thesis explored how gender affected students’ experiences during study abroad. Jessica lives in Pittsburgh with her two dogs, Blake and Bridget.
