Colleen Moran graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Biochemistry and a second major in English.  She then went to the University of Florida where she underwent a residency in Anesthesiology.  After this, she pursued a fellowship in Critical Care at the University of Pennsylvania.  She is currently working as a Neuroanesthesiologist and Neurointensivist, in the roles of Co-Director of the Neuro Intensive Care Unit and Interim Director of Neuroanesthesia, UPMC Presbyterian. She is interested in management of the neurosurgical patient and quality improvement.
