Beth Hayes a member of the profession for many years, have been serving patients and CHP since 1978 as a respiratory Therapist, Supervisor, Transport RT, and now as the Education Coordinator with primary responsibilities for staff and student education. Over the years she has contributed greatly to the development of our continuing education program where staff can not only get updated on the latest procedures, techniques and equipment, but also expand their knowledge base in pediatric and neonatal complications and treatment approaches. And, at the same time, receive AMA approved CEUs for the training, which can be used toward meeting RRT renewal requirements, and toward meeting required continuing education for the state RT license. Ms. Hayes also coordinates clinical training for RT student who come to CHP from several schools in the region, and she serves on advisory councils of the various programs. With her extensive experience and knowledge, she is a great resource for new and experienced RT staff, students and others in the organization. Over the years she has contributed greatly to the development of our services and our clinical training for students.
